Journey 2021-2022
Events of VNYA in 2021-2022
The success of VNYA RUN! 2021 was continued with VNYA RUN! 2022: Detective Masters, an entertainment exchange event organized by the Vietnamese Youth Alliance in Singapore (VNYA). The event aimed to create a healthy and common platform for the Vietnamese community living in Singapore. The theme for this year's event was "Detective Masters," and it required not only physical strength but also players' application of skills of deduction, judgment, and team spirit to attain victory as a team. Participating teams had the opportunity to expand their network of friends, as well as learn more information and useful skills.
"Gang up! VNYA" was an internal event organized to provide opportunities for members to develop and improve skills such as leadership and time management, while also having fun and bonding with each other. The event was divided into two main parts revolving around two skills: leadership and time management.
After the success of Career Fair 2022 in March, VNYA collaborated with the Vietnamese Student Association in Binh Duong province in April to bring a unique event called "VNYA Apprentice Challenge" (VAC) - the first of its kind. VAC aimed to bring students a very new and interesting experience on market economics, with many opportunities and challenges ahead.
Career Fair 2022 featured the presence of many business corporations and speakers from both Vietnam and Singapore. The event was held online on the Hopin platform on 2 days, Saturday 12/03/22 and Sunday 13/03/22. When participating in the event, participants had the opportunity to spin the wheel and receive gifts from VNYA!
On the occasion of one of the biggest holidays of the Vietnamese people, VNYA planned to organize the event "Tet Xa Ma Gan 2022" aimed at Vietnamese students in Singapore to bring the atmosphere of the Lunar New Year to those who cannot return home to celebrate the holiday.
The "Rang ngoi Vietnam" event series was a place to ignite the passion of youth and connect Vietnamese students and community in Singapore to join hands in supporting Vietnam's frontline in the fight against Covid-19. At the same time, we also wanted to promote the healthy, talented image of young people and introduce the cultural identity of the Vietnamese people to international friends!
